• On mechanical side, we can take up complete mechanical engineering including 3D modeling including form design, packaging, ergonomics etc. Such designs based on AutoCAD or PRO-engineer can be used for detail level component designs (material selection - plastics as well as metal components, tolerencing). CAM outputs directly derived from the above can be used for rapid prototype development, tool design
• We have also experience in interfacing with vendors for development of special custom made components such as transformers, motors, display modules etc. We have done designs wherein power circuits such as solenoids; relays etc are interfaced with digital circuits
• Hardware designs with board support packages for proprietary operating systems or operating system kernels & low-level device drivers including all production inputs as well as tested prototypes.
• Many of the designs used different types of displays such as LED (seven segment as well as, dot matrix displays), LCD (seven segment as well as dot matrix , Electroluminescent, TFT color displays (dot matrix) including development of device drivers for the same
